What is included in the package?
Your package includes 4-7 nights (depending on location). All food (3 meals per day) and non-alcoholic drinks are included. Transportation from the airport to the location is included. A full staff is also included to serve food, drinks, laundry services, and other necessities. You will receive 1 free massage, course materials and journals, yoga/meditation instructors, on site trained therapists included in your package. The excursions and private coaching with meditation or therapists and extra spa services are not included. Tipping staff is optional to you.
What is the cancellation policy?
- To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 45 days before check-in
- If you cancel between 14-44 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund for all nights
- There is no refund available for cancellations less than 14 days before check-in
- The RSVP for Guatemala is fully refundable
What if I am new to yoga/meditation?
Our trained yoga instructor can modify the yoga and mediations to help you feel more comfortable if you are new to both practices. Although all is optional, we do encourage you to try new things on your journey to wellness.
Are the suites private?
We have private suites available as well as suites to be shared with someone. You can contact us to make any requests and we will try to accommodate as much as possible.
Are yoga mats, hair dryers, and irons provided?
All of these items and more will be provided to make sure your experience is exceptional.
Do you accomodate dietary restrictions?
We can accommodate any dietary restrictions you have. You will need to email us at office@theelementswellness.com prior to your stay to alert us to any restrictions you are your party may have and we will take it from there.
How do I book my activities for my free day?
You can book all private coaching, tarot readings, extra massages, etc. when you arrive. Our friendly staff will check on you to help meet your needs.
