Stephanie Legendre, MA, LPC-S
Stephanie has been a licensed professional counselor for 15 years working with clients throughout their life span. Through her experience as a therapist she has seen a great need in emotional regulation and acceptance. Her training in trauma, EMDR, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems has allowed her to help her clients, however for many clients combining meditation, EFT practices, emotional release/energy coaching has been life changing.

Matthew Whalen, M.ED., LPC-S
Matthew is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 16 years of experience. He specializes in trauma work and uses EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Somatic work to help clients find freedom from their inner wounds. He has a passion for working with those who have experienced PTSD, relational trauma and spiritual trauma. A long time ago, there was a recognition that traditional therapy doesn’t work and he has long sought out therapies that are efficient and effective. Our wellness experience was born from that experience and he has a passion to share it with you so you may find inner peace.

Andrew Taylor
Andrew Taylor is a certified Yoga and meditation instructor and a retired U.S Army soldier. As a PTSD survivor, he specializes in mentoring those who are struggling with PTSD. His intuitive gift and compassionate heart allow him to tune-in to those who he is committed to serving. Andrew is committed to serve with wisdom, patience, and understanding to empower others to discover their true worth and live their highest potential.

Jana Henry, MA, LPC
Jana is a Licensed Professional Counselor who utilizes EMDR, Internal Family Systems, inner child work, and somatic release to help clients with a history of trauma and attachment wounds. Her personal self care includes a regular yoga practice, journaling, travel and music. Jana believes that wellness encompasses being present and observing with curiosity, knowing your values and courageously acting on them, understanding your inner world and giving yourself what you need, being grounded in your body, unlearning beliefs that no longer serve you, passionately accepting your authentic self, honoring your intuition and surrendering to the healing power of love and compassion.
