Just like a choppy storm where the waves are fast and crashing our mind is often racing with to do lists, stress, fears, etc. however just as water can be still we can also still our minds. The water element will inspire you to forget about trying to fight through life and instead allow yourself to be fluid and free like water from the belief systems that are holding you down. Within this element you will experience pool/ocean side yoga, meditations that will help you allow and receive, course work on how to use compassion to let go of your ego’s thought process from everyday social pressures of performing, perfecting and pleasing.
